Returns Policy


• Returns are accepted on new unopened items only.

  • customer is responsible for the cost of the original and the return shipping.

 • Must contact us before making any returns.

• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges both the original and the return shipping. 

• All returns are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee.

• If your item is damaged in shipping (save all shipping materials) contact us to file a claim.

• Lost or damaged claims can take up to 60 days to process.

Defective products... Due to the nature of the hobby for any defective or broken parts, contact the manufacturer directly.


After you contacted us and received a Return Authorization.  

  • simply login to your account
  • view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
  • click the Return Item(s) button.
  • We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
  • customer is responsible for the cost of the original and the return shipping.


Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Orders are fulfilled during hours of normal operation unless we are closed for holidays or uncontrollable circumstances. Normal business days are Tuesday-Saturday hours are found below.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight & size.
